the problem.
On a busy night, small things slip.
Running a restaurant means keeping track of a lot at once. When something goes wrong, you often only hear about it later, from an unhappy guest.
None of this is anyone’s fault. It happens when orders are on a notepad, the menu is on a printout, and a table that wants the bill has to catch someone’s eye.
Zervoo puts it all in one place.
One order, three screens: table 12 sends it, the kitchen has it, and your numbers move. Let’s follow it.
19:14 in the kitchen.
Table 12’s order is already on the kitchen screen.
At 19:12 last Friday, an order was written down wrong. Tonight the cooks see each order with the table number, and notes like “no chilli” sit on the dish they belong to.
- The order that has waited longest is always at the front.
- Orders from guests’ phones, your staff and the counter all land on the same screen.
- When an order is ready, one tap tells your staff.
19:42 your staff and you.
MARIGOLD HOUSE · SAMPLE VENUESee every table, order and request from your dashboard.
That was one table. Zervoo does the same for every table in the room: your staff see which table needs what, the counter closes each bill from the same order, and you can check tonight’s sales from anywhere. Each of your staff signs in with their own PIN.
19:40
The lamb sells out. You mark it once.
Every table’s menu shows it as sold out straight away, so nobody orders it and nobody has to walk round telling the waiters.
Back to that Friday.
who it’s for.
For restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and more.
That was one Friday at one restaurant. A café, a bar or a hotel runs on the same system, with a different rush.
A QR code on every table. Orders reach the kitchen screen oldest first, and guests ask for water or the bill from their phone.
TABLE QR · KITCHEN SCREEN CafésCounter orders and table orders arrive in one list, so the barista knows which flat white is next.
COUNTER AND TABLES · ONE LIST BarsGuests order the next round from their phone instead of waiting at the bar. They pay the way they do today.
ORDER FROM THE TABLE HotelsA QR code in every room. Room-service orders reach the kitchen with the room number attached.
ROOM NUMBER ON EVERY ORDER Cloud kitchensNo tables at all. Each brand keeps its own menu, and direct orders for every brand land on one kitchen screen.
ONE SCREEN, SEVERAL BRANDS BakeriesWhen a tray sells out, mark it once. Guests see it’s gone before they try to order it.
SOLD OUT IN ONE TAPMore than one venue? Keep them all on one account, with your own prices at each place. Restaurant groups

Make the menu look like yours.
None of this is needed to start. It’s here for when you want the menu to feel more like your place.
getting started.
Set up on one call.
To start, bring a photo of your menu to the demo call. We type it up with you, get your table QR codes ready to print and scan one to check it. If you’re taking orders, we also send a test order to the kitchen screen. It takes about twenty minutes. If your menu is long, give it an afternoon.
before you book.
We’re new, so here are straight answers.
We don’t have customer stories to show you yet. So here’s who you’ll be talking to, what Zervoo doesn’t do yet and what it needs.
Who answers
The people who build Zervoo. Email hello@zervoo.app and you’ll hear back within one business day. On the Service and Group plans, you also get priority help while you’re open.
What it doesn’t do yet
Guests can’t pay from their phone yet. For now they pay the way they do today, and you close the bill at the counter. Paying from the table is on the way, through your own payment provider. Zervoo never holds your money. It covers the floor, from the table to the bill: there’s no stock, staff rota or payroll in Zervoo, orders from delivery apps aren’t connected yet, and it doesn’t print kitchen tickets or bills today.
What it needs
An internet connection. If the Wi-Fi drops, phones and tablets with mobile data carry on, and so do guests on their own data.
What you need to buy
No special hardware. Zervoo runs in the web browser on the phones, tablets and laptops you already have. If your kitchen has no screen yet, a basic tablet is enough.
If you want to leave
Cancel any time and take your data with you.
Staying online
We aim to keep Zervoo running 99.9% of the time, every month.
Table 12 got their bill. Here’s yours.
See it with your own menu.
The demo is a short call. We’ll show you Zervoo with your own dishes and send you a price in writing. If you want to start, we can set up your first venue before the call ends.
Bring a photo of your menu.
