getting started.
6 questionsAbout twenty minutes for one venue: create the venue, add your menu, add your tables and print their QR codes. We type up the first menu with you on the call. If your menu is long, give it an afternoon.
No. The kitchen screen runs in a web browser on any tablet or spare laptop. Your staff use the phones they already carry, and guests use their own phones. If you already have a POS you like, you can keep it, and Zervoo runs the tables and the kitchen next to it.
We do the first one with you, so bring a photo of your printed menu to the call. After that, anyone with a manager login can add dishes in the dashboard, and changes show on the guest menu within seconds.
Very little. The kitchen taps an order ready, and staff mark each request seen, then done. Waiters and cooks sign in with their own PIN on a shared phone or tablet, so nobody has to remember a password.
Zervoo is restaurant management software. Guests order from their phones at the table, the kitchen gets every order on a screen, the counter closes the bill, and you see the whole night on one dashboard. It’s made by Upwwards and takes zero commission on orders.
Zervoo, with two o’s, at zervoo.app. It’s restaurant management software made by Upwwards, and it isn’t connected to Zervo, the chat app.
the guest experience.
6 questionsNo. The QR code opens a web page in the phone’s own browser. There’s no app to download and no account to make. Each code belongs to one table or room, so the order arrives with that number on it.
Yes. Staff can put an order in from their phone, and the counter can take orders too. Orders from guests’ phones, from staff and from the counter all land in the same list and go through the same steps.
Six ready-made themes for the guest menu: Minimal Classic, Soft Clay, Skeuomorphic Wood, Retro Diner, Neumorphism and Glassmorphism. You pick one, and your photos, prices and cooking times all appear in that style.
Any dish can have a 3D model that guests turn with a finger, or place on their own table through the phone camera (that’s the AR part). It all happens in the browser, and Zervoo hosts the models. 3D is optional, so you choose which dishes get one. We make the models from photos you send us: a few clear shots of each plated dish. We don’t photograph dishes on site, and if a dish won’t work well in 3D we’ll tell you before it goes on the menu.
Yes. We build a custom website in your own design and words, made to be found on Google. It shows your whole menu live from Zervoo, so sold-out dishes and price changes appear within seconds. A small monthly fee keeps it running and up to date.
Yes, through your website. Guests book from a form on it, you get a notification for every new booking, and each one shows up in your Zervoo dashboard next to tonight’s orders. If you already have a website, your developer can connect it through the Zervoo API, or we can set it up and manage it for you for an extra fee.
staff and kitchen.
4 questionsBy how long each order has waited, oldest first, so nothing sits forgotten behind a big table. Notes and add-ons show on the dish they belong to, and one tap marks an order ready and tells your staff.
Requests for water, the bill or a waiter show up on your staff’s screens with the table number. Staff mark each one seen, then done, so everyone can see what’s still waiting.
Yes, from the dashboard, on any manager’s phone. Guests see the change on the guest menu within seconds, and the dish comes back when you say so. It isn’t deleted, only marked sold out.
No. Zervoo has its own counter (POS) if you want everything in one system, but it can also run the tables and the kitchen next to the POS you have. Linking Zervoo to your till is a custom build. Zervoo doesn’t print bills or kitchen tickets today, so keep your POS if you need printed receipts.
pricing and billing.
4 questionsPer venue, per month. The Menu plan gives guests a menu to browse, with up to 3 dishes in 3D and AR, from $10 per venue a month. Menu setup is free, each extra 3D dish is a one-time fee, and the final price depends on your setup. Single and Service run your whole floor (ordering, kitchen screen, counter and dashboard) and are priced on a short call, in writing. Four or more venues are priced together as a Group. No plan has a setup fee.
They don’t. On the Service and Group plans, add as many waiters, kitchen staff and cashiers as the venue needs. You pay per venue, not per person.
No long contract. You’re billed monthly and can cancel any time. Early partners lock their rate for a year, and paying for that year up front gets two months free.
We don’t. There’s no commission and no per-order fee. What guests pay goes to you, not to us.
data and reliability.
4 questionsYou do. On the Service and Group plans you can export orders, the menu, requests and history as a CSV file at any time. On every plan, your orders and menu leave with you if you go. We don’t sell or share guest data.
We aim to keep Zervoo running 99.9% of the time, every month. If we miss the target, ask us for the numbers and we’ll show you that month.
Zervoo runs in the web browser, so it needs an internet connection. If the Wi-Fi drops, phones and tablets with mobile data carry on, and so do guests on their own data.
Guests pay the way they do today, and you close the bill at the counter. Paying from their phone is on the way, through your own payment provider. Zervoo never holds your money.

See it with your own menu.
Book a short demo call and bring a photo of your menu. We’ll show you Zervoo with your own dishes, and if you want to start, we can set up your first venue before the call ends. You won’t need a card.
