what you get.
A menu per brand
Say you cook for a burger brand, a bowls brand and a dessert brand. Each has its own menu, prices and QR code, and all three sit in one account.
One kitchen screen for every brand
Direct orders for all your brands show on one kitchen screen, oldest first, so cooks work from one list instead of one per brand.
A pickup number on every order
Each direct order gets its own pickup number. One tap marks it ready and tells your staff, and the guest can follow the order on their phone.
Each brand’s sales on its own
When you close, each brand’s sales and orders are there separately, with the last seven days next to them.
Friday, 20:30. One team of cooks is working for three brands. A burger, two rice bowls and a brownie come in under three different names, and they all sit on the same kitchen screen, oldest first. When the bowls are done, one tap tells your staff, and the pickup number tells them which bag goes to the rider. Want regulars to order from you directly? common questions.
Can we run multiple brands on one account?
Yes. Each brand is set up as its own venue with its own menu and QR codes. They share one kitchen screen and one dashboard.
Does Zervoo replace the delivery-app tablets?
For your direct orders, yes. Orders from delivery apps (the aggregators) stay on their own tablets. Moving regulars over to your own QR codes and links is how you stop paying commission on their orders.
How do riders know an order is ready?
When the cooks mark an order ready with one tap, your staff are told straight away and can hand it over. Each pickup order has its own code, so whoever collects it gives the code and gets the right bag.
How is Zervoo priced for a multi-brand kitchen?
Each brand counts as a venue, and you pay per venue, per month. A brand with just a menu to browse starts from $10. Brands with ordering and the kitchen screen are priced on a short call. Four or more venues are priced together as a Group. There’s no commission on direct orders.
What happens if the internet drops?
Zervoo runs in the browser, so it needs a connection. If the Wi-Fi drops, phones and tablets with mobile data carry on, and so do guests on their own data.
Can we export our order data?
Yes. On the Service and Group plans, you can export orders, the menu, requests and order history as a CSV file at any time, including if you decide to leave. Zervoo doesn’t sell or share guest data.
